Helpful - Hint


Sugar: The only sugar that should be
eaten is the raw, brown kind, never the
white, which is without any nutritional
benefits. Regular brown sugar is as
bad and as unnutritious as white: it
is simply refined sugar with some
(processed) molasses replaced.
Consider sugar one of your white enemies; others are salt,
white vinegar, and flour. "Pure white" sugar means that the
food is devoid of the nutritives required by the body, but
high in calories.
