Free - Recipe

Granddad's Corn Bread Dressing:

1 large skillet of corn bread
1 small skillet of corn bread
8 slices of loaf bread, crumbled
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped small
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped small
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
sprinkle black pepper
pinch of sage
2 large eggs, beaten
broth from cooked turkey or
4-5 cans of chicken broth, as
needed.

Crumble all bread well, mix in celery,
onion and spices. Add egges and stir.
Add broth one can at a time until
mixture is pourable. Pour in baking
pans or skillets and bake at 350
degrees until light brown and no
longer soupy.
